Handheld personal medical pill dispenser. This product was invented by a physician who saw the need to be able to provide patients in great need of pain relief the option to control and administer narcotics as needed without the need to wait for a nurse to do so. This device holds 8 doses of prescription pills. The unit is being filled by the hospital pharmacy based on doctor prescription. The pharmacy sets the minimal time interval allowed by the doctor, and the patient has the ability to access the pills as needed by entering a personal pass code as long as the minimum time intervals has passed. We had to develop the internal mechanism, and locking mechanism as well as the electronics and overall visual aspect of the product.
