A medical device which uses disposable cartridges with mouthwash and other therapeutic materials to rinse and keep bedridden patients with good oral hygiene state. We were needed to design this unit and the entire system that includes patented toothbrush design, cartridge design and a whole system, tracking mechanism of bar-code tracking for billing purposes. The machine is able to draw out the liquid from the cartridge to a toothbrush and wash the patient’s mouth without the risk of suffocation due to the unique toothbrush design and a mechanism which collects all the waste from the mouth back into a second chamber in the same cartridge. The unit can keep track by bar-code scanning, the patient info, and treatment schedule.
